Hi bahmani211

In ProcessMaker 3.3.x version there is a possibility to insert an email without an SSL connection, you must use port 25 and Secure Connection NO.

Which version of ProcessMaker do you have?

To disable certificate verification on your ProcessMaker server, you will need to edit the processmaker.conf file. This file is located in the /etc/processmaker directory on Linux/UNIX servers and in the C:\ProcessMaker\Config directory on Windows servers.

To edit the processmaker.conf file:

Open the file in a text editor.
Find the following line:
# Disable certificate verification
#VERIFY_SSL_CERTIFICATE=1
Remove the # symbol from the beginning of the line to uncomment it.
Save the file and close the text editor.
Restart the ProcessMaker service:

On Linux/UNIX servers, run the following command:
service processmaker restart
On Windows servers, run the following command:
net stop processmaker
net start processmaker
Once you have disabled certificate verification, ProcessMaker will be able to send emails even if your email server does not have an SSL certificate.

Note: Disabling certificate verification is a security risk, so it is important to only do this if you are absolutely sure that you need to.

Additional notes:

If you are using a self-signed SSL certificate, you may need to add the certificate to ProcessMaker's trusted certificate store. To do this, open the ProcessMaker Admin Console and go to Configuration > Email Server. Click the Add Certificate button and browse to the SSL certificate file.
If you are still having trouble sending emails, you can try enabling debug logging for the ProcessMaker Email Server. To do this, open the processmaker.conf file and find the following line:
# Enable debug logging for the ProcessMaker Email Server
#DEBUG_EMAIL_SERVER=0
Uncomment the line and set the value to 1. Save the file and restart the https://echat.date ProcessMaker service. This will create a log file called email_server.log in the ProcessMaker https://koows.com/omegle log directory. You can review this file for more information about the error that is occurring.

I hope this helps!
