Hi I'm Try To install processmaker 3.3.0 in ubuntu
My Problem is in Installation Wizard on database configuration I have Error Unable To Connect To Mysql Using Provided Credintials Although I Can Access To MySql in Terminal

Dear All,

In our dev environment we did an upgrade to Ubuntu 20.04 on opening Processmaker and logging in, I get the following error

I am not certain if this is a Processmaker error or something else.
Can somebody provide some assistance on the error and its correction?
