Dear Team,
We have a fresh install of PM Community 3.4.7 and imported the processes created in PM 2.5. The email server setting has not changed and test email of PM 3.4 from Admin->Settings->Email Server works properly and the test emails are logged in APP_MESSAGE table. But when I tried to execute a PMFSendMessage from any of the current processes it does not send any email. I checked the Log emails and also the APP_MESSAGE table but no items are registered.
I even created a simple process on PM 3.4 and used PMFSendMessage but still no email is sent and logged.
Could you please advise what configuration I need to check or modify? The test email works from the email setting but using PMFSendMessage does not work.
