(SOLVED) Workspace crashed after upgrade#827158

Hello, can anyone help me?
I did a server migration, the old one had version 3.2.1 and the new version 3.3.10. I migrated 3 workspaces, one of them is giving this error after the command "php processmaker upgrade" and not out of it:

And in all of them gives the error below if I try to use the API:

Note: I forgot to back up the SHARED folder ...

And now? Does anyone help me recover the workspace?

Hi,
You may have been wrong during the update and your update was not complete.
Update the server without getting a backup was a mistake!
To fix this error a file named UPDATE.DAT was created in the shared folder or in your workspace folder (shared/YOUR_WORKSPACE), remove it to fix your issue.
