I understand the issue which you are actually faced, I was also facing the same issue and take a help of https://epsonsupports.net/epson-printer-support/ to know the actual process to do the thing if you are interested you can also take a help of this site I think the issue will be solved.

Guys, I need help, I'm trying to use ODBC to access an external firebird database. I installed odbc and the odbc Firebird driver on my processmaker server which is a Linux Ubuntu.
I created a test process and a TRIGGER to test the connection to firebird, but I think I'm missing the connection string, here's how I did it:

@@con = "";
$dns = "Driver={Firebird};DBNAME=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/3050:C:\dataweb\optfacil\banco\commercio.dataweb";
$con = obdc_connect($dns, "SYSDBA", "masterkey");
if ($con !== false) {
@@con = "CONECTOU";
}else {
@@con = "erro";
}
