HI PM
I have an issue with dates in dynaforms, that seem to jump back to to previous day.
i.e. the dynaform will show 2018/01/01 but a report table will show 2017/12/31
I have tried everything in the documentation, and all obvious solutions.

My question is what would the correct system settings be for PM hosted, and users in Africa/Johannesburg (+02:00)
And what would need to be set to UCT or Africa/Johannesburg below

Hardware Time ?
System Time ?
PHP TimeZone ?
Mysql Timezone ?
Virtual Host (Virtual ost specific settings ?)
PM System TimeZone ?
PM User TimeZone ?

You need to set the time_zone in your php.ini file, your env.ini file and set the system clock on your server.

Would UCT be set for any of these ?

time_zone in your php.ini. (UTC or local time Zone i.e. Africa/Johannesburg)
env.ini (UTC or local time Zone i.e. Africa/Johannesburg)
system clock (UTC or local time Zone i.e. Africa/Johannesburg)

In your php.ini file you should have:
date.timezone = "Africa/Johannesburg"

In ProcessMaker's env.ini file, you should have:
time_zone = "Africa/Johannesburg"

In theory it shouldn't matter what time zone you use for the clock on your server, since PHP will automatically convert from the time zone of the server to the time zone that you configure in php.ini and env.ini, but I recommend that you also use the correct time zone for South Africa, which you should see with the date command in Linux servers.

For example, I see this on my Linux server in Bolivia:
