I have just upgraded pm from 2.0.43 version, sometime the case list in inbox failed to load. The service ...cases/proxyCasesList did not return data.

What version did you upgrade to? What version of PHP, MySQL and Apache do you have and what operating system are you using? What did you see when you executed the processmaker upgrade command?
