When i tried to update the country to Pakistan. i'm getting this error message, I think this issue occurred as no state and city option available in dropdown against "Pakistan".

Kindly look into this issue.

I have filed an internal bug report about this problem:

You can fix it yourself, if you want to update the information in the ISO_SUBDIVISION table in the database.

Here is the bug report:

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to Admin > Users > Users and create a new user in ProcessMaker. For the "Country", select "Pakistan". No options appear in the "State or Region" dropdown.

This is a problem with roughly half the countries in the world that they lack codes in the ISO_SUBDIVISION table.

Current Behavior:
For roughly half of the countries in the world, ProcessMaker doesn't provide any options in the "State or Region" dropdown when creating a new user. The problem is that the ISO_SUBDIVISION and ISO_LOCATION tables are not up-to-date and do not cover all the countries in the world.

Expected Behavior:
The ISO_SUBDIVISION and ISO_LOCATION tables should cover the entire world and should be up-to-date

Potential Fix:
To fix this problem, download this file:

Insert the codes in the 2017-2 SubdivisionCodes.csv file in the ISO_SUBDIVISION table.
Insert the codes in the UNLOCODE CodeListPart*.csv files in the ISO_LOCATION table.

Hi,

but is the problem always present ? I'm newbe on processmaker, installed today for the first time and have problem updating city in profile.

Unfortunately, I can't do anything if the developers don't pay attention to my bug reports.

You can fix it yourself by following my instructions or simply avoid the problem by putting the City, Region and Country information in the "Address" field.
