There is no way to export the process map as a PDF file inside ProcessMaker. The easiest way to do this is to take a screen shot and paste it into Acrobat Professional or LibreOffice and then save it as a PDF.

Another way to do it is install the Yaoqiang BPMN Editor. Then, use the Export Diagram option in ProcessMaker and then import the .bpmn file into the Yaoqiang BPMN Editor. Then, you can print it or export it to OpenOffice/LibreOffice where it can be saved as a PDF.

Look for an online pdf editor. They are quite the same to desktop ones yet lot cheaper. This is the very one I used: https://edit-pdf.pdffiller.com/ it's $6 a month or something

Sometimes it is important to transfer different files content into PDF file format which can be easily accessed by anyone without any password. There are a lot of online https://pdf.co/ options are available where you can read the different files with the API options to export any PDF file into readable format.

You can take a snapshot and use an online pdf editor to change it as a pdf. There are a lot of pdf editors free or paid available online. you can search on google and find one.
