Hi,
I am facing performance issue mostly with generating output document in processmaker installed in Ubuntu.

I have also enble deflate module and did the necessary additional configuration as mentioned in the below url.

Could you please let me know, whether I am missing any configuration related to output document.

By "performance issue", do you mean that it is taking a long time to generate an Output Document?

How big is your Output Document file? Does it contain a large grid?

Thank you for your reply.

No its a single page document without any grid.

The same document when generated with Bitnami windows version is generated in no time. But when the community version is installed in Ubuntu I faced the performance issue.

If your DNS or /etc/hosts file isn't resolving the domain name correctly, then it will slow down the PM server.
