Hi,

I'm a user of processmaker, my workflow is ACTV. In laptop the app works fine, but on my iphone not so lucky.

I'm trying to get my server working with the mobile app

Problem with settings, URL -> (always) error, could not entablished connection with de server.

my URL is https://bpm.actv.es but not work

In the configuration of the ProcessMaker mobile app, do you have the "Server URL" set to "https://bpm.actv.es" and do you have the "Workspace" set to "workflow" or whatever workspace you are using? The https:// may be causing a problem. Can you login using http:// ? Are you using a proxy server for the server which runs ProcessMaker?

Also, click on the option to "Clean cache" in the configuration. Does that fix the problem?

No, the problem persists. (https and http)

When I put https://bpm.actv.es/ in a web browser, I see that you haven't properly configured HTTPS to work on your server or you don't have validation of your certificate. See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/wh ... ecure-mean
Did you self generate your certificate?

You can add an exception to web browsers to ignore invalid certificates, but the ProcessMaker Mobile App doesn't have that option, so you have to fix your certificate or fix the configuration of your server.
