I upgraded processmaker from 3.0.1.8 to 3.2 and this removed all the titles from the Dynaforms, Triggers and Processes.
The site works correctly without the titles but it makes identifying these items very difficult.

I have populated some of the columns myself but I was wondering why the upgrade does not populate the new columns that were created in 3.2?

Try this from the command line of your ProcessMaker server:
cd /opt/processmaker (change to where ever you have PM installed)
php processmaker migrate-content
