hello ,
I asked my coworker to export a process and send it to me and we I got that and wanted to import it into my processmaker I get this error:


Unable to execute UPDATE statement. I chaged the con_value collation too but nothing hapenned

Hello,

May you please share the process here. This will help us debug the problem if it is with the process, or PM version.

Also, what is the ProcessMaker version from where the process is exported?
And what is the ProcessMaker version in which you are trying to import the process?

There is a bug in ProcessMaker when exporting processes which have certain symbols and international characters. If you change the title and description of your process to ASCII letters and numbers (A-Z, 0-9), then it should work. This bug is scheduled to be fixed in the next version (2.3.1).
