ProcessMaker hasn't been tested with MariaDB. You should install MySQL on your server and reinstall ProcessMaker.

You can't use MariaDB because newer versions no longer support the schema defaults that PM3 needs. Get the 5.5.54 MySQL Community Server Version of MySQL from Oracle directly.
