I am attempting to use the User Applications however it is stuck on loading. I have followed all of the tutorials, cleared the cache, tried rebooting it, etc. Any other tips?




Could it be an issue with the access token?

If your login session has expired, then you might see "loading" like that. You just need to login again with a user who has PM_SETUPADVANCE permission in his/her role and then go back to the same URL for it to work. You also might have "loading" forever if ProcessMaker is blocked from accessing MySQL (for example by a firewall blocking the 3306 port or the MySQL service is down) or if the data in the OAUTH_CLIENTS table in the database has been corrupted. If the data is corrupted, then simply delete the contents of the OAUTH_CLIENTS table and then you can re-register your application and use different client_id and client_secret codes in your REST script.

I need help step by step
When I try to load leads that have 30,000
The server loading only 8,600 and stuck
No indication off finish some one have a script
Or somthing to unlock it I try from 2 different

I'm confused. Where are you trying to load your leads? Are they users in LDAP? Are you trying to load your leads from a database into a grid in a DynaForm?
