Hello,
I have steps having multiple users in assigned users list. I would like a current working user to continue the rest of steps. For example, X user works the first step. The second step's assigned user list includes X and Y users. But, the second step is also assigned to X user automatically. Could you tell how to setup?

Thank you,

Mickyus

Hello,

You can do this by using the Value Based Assignment Rule.
Take a variable say @@next and assign it the value equal to @@USER_LOGGED in a trigger placed before assignment of the previous task.
Assign the value @@next in the value based assignment rule.
This way the current user will be assigned the next task as well.

Hope this helps.

Best Regards,
Mishika

Thank you for the information.
I set the trigger before dynaform on the step. It looks work.
@@next = @@USER_LOGGED;
