I am in the following situation: I have a server with version 3.1.2 that I want to disable and migrate everything to another server better. On this other server I installed version 3.1.3. What is the best way to migrate my entire processmaker from the old server to the new one?

Hello,

The best and the recommended way to migrate is to create a backup of your workspace and database in version 3.1.2 and restore it in version 3.1.3.

Please go through the link below for steps,
http://wiki.processmaker.com/3.0/Backin ... Workspaces
After restoring the workspace in 3.1.3, run the following command to update your database.
Code: Select all
./processmaker database-upgrade
One more thing, the above solution will work if both the servers are same, that is either both are Linux or both are Windows.
If migrating from Windows to Linux, then follow the steps listed below:
http://wiki.processmaker.com/index.php/ ... Linux/UNIX

Hope this helps.

Always make a backup first. Then upgrade your old installation of PM from version 3.1.2 to 3.1.3. Then export the workspace. Then go to your new server which has 3.1.3 installed and import your workspace.
