After upgrade from version 3.1.7 to 3.1.1 some computers on the network even after clear navigation and data cache, can not open tasks (is suing) and not start new case (by clicking start nothing happens).

What can it be?

Hi marcosfpa,

I have encountered the infinite loading before and that is due to my web browser was not up to date or no longer supported.

Can I ask what OS your processmaker installed and the stack also have you performed the upgrade command below?
