Hi everybody,

in version 2.0.43 (in windows) we used the functionality PAUSE and UNPAUSE cases.
It means that in the right time defined on PAUSE, the case will return to the user's inbox.

The problem is that in version 2.5.2 this funcionality does not seems to work. The cases are PAUSED but then never come automatically to the users inbox.

After PAUSE the case, in participated box cases, the cases are not marked has PAUSED but they are marked like DRAFT. I saw that the problem it is on table Application on field App_Status.

I have the following questions:
1) In this newer versions it is needed to run in Windows Task Scheduller the cron.php , in order to send the PAUSED cases to Inbox ? Or should we configure something?

2) It is this issue detected in the newer versions? If yes how can i have the code to correct this situation?

i already resolved (not configuring) the situation in our environment, just make me clear in one thing:

Should be configured something?
