How to populate grid using input documents

Hi all,
Thanks to Artemis, one of our Community members, we have a great example on how to populate a grid with the name of input documents uploaded. This example is really easy to to implement, just follow the instructions provided in our wiki, which has been updated with the information provided by Artemis, and you will have the example running!
