Dear Community Users,

Here is a small process we have developped that I hope will be very usefull in your PM project;
It will enable your system to send regular recap reminder emails to all users whenever they have pending tasks in their Inbox. Here is how it works:
1) Install the Process I have attached 2) In the process, configure the case scheduler to have the email sent the way you want (For ex, I sent it every 2 days). Click here for more info on Case Scheduler
3) Make sure your cron.php is correctly running. Click here to know how to config cron.php

==> your system will now send a regular recap email to all your users, this email can be configured in the html templates (by default: recapReminder.html).

i found the problem, and i fixe it, it's the name of tables (application). and i change it to "APPLICATION".
