大家好，
我在设计一个进程的时候遇到了这样一个问题，不清楚什么原因，希望有相同经历或者是你懂如何解决的人给我指点迷津

我的进程里面所有的
1. 输出文件（pdf/doc)啥的，它的内容不能包含哪怕是一个非英文符号。只要里面有一个单词比如“哈”，那每次走到这里，这个输出文件都没办法流动，画面变白，我试过将所有内容写成英文，然后又没有错误了。
2. 同理对于邮件提醒的那块，假如邮件内容里面有一个中文字，邮件还是会照样发给我的下一个任务接收人，只是内容就变的有点缺胳膊少腿，

求教以上两个问题，因为情况紧急，我必须赶在本星期前解决这些问题，所以我的同时能试用，求教！
