PMTABLE ERROR WHEN I INCLUDE A NEW VARIABLE

Hello, I am trying to regenerate data from a PMTABLE inserting a new variable and i get this error:
RuntimeException:
[wrapped: connect failed [Native Error: Connection refused] [User Info: wf_bpmoriente]]
At Propel::getConnection()
in /opt/processmaker/rbac/engine/classes/model/Systems.php line 73
At Systems->LoadByCode()
in /opt/processmaker/gulliver/system/class.rbac.php line 365
At RBAC->loadUserRolePermission()
in /opt/processmaker/workflow/public_html/sysGeneric.php line 928
At include() in /opt/processmaker/workflow/public_html/app.php line 61
The problem is that this issue only presents in one process. The other ones works ok.
Any idea how can i solve this problem???
