Well, now there are triggers for Sugar on ProcessMaker that you can use to integrate both, they are listed on Triggers TAB. Also form a trigger you can connect to the Web Services that are defined from ProcessMaker on sugar, on sugar you create a login hook and from there you call the Web Services of PM.
