I am sending the manual of the user in Portuguese who is being modified to receive the characteristics from the new versions, but already is very useful for the users of the Portuguese language who use the tool.

Also I am working in the translation of wiki and the too much documentations, as well as in the elaboration of a developer guide. The administrators need to decide the problem of configuration of wiki to accept diverse languages, therefore not yet disponibilizei all the material that I have.

The file was not annexed, therefore the allowed maximum size in this page is of 256 Kb, therefore, I requested that the administrators published for us.
