OK, so I downloaded your process and it works fine. The modal dialog window pops up on the mobile app just fine. So I copied the external library URLs to my other dynaform. When I put those in, the form won't load on mobile. It just hangs saying it's loading: Screenshot_20171114-092310.jpg I'm tryin...

Another question about this. It works well on the desktop, but it doesn't seem to work at all from the ProcessMaker mobile app (Android). Is there something extra to do for the mobile app?

On a Dynaform, when the user selects an option, I would like to have a popup display that has a clickable URL and a close button. I can't use an alert for this because I need a clickable URL. Is there a way to display a popup using javascript or jquery that is similar to the ones used by Processmake...

I am needing to upgrade an old ProcessMaker 2.8 server to a new OS install and was wondering what the fastest way to get started is. The old install is on Turnkey Linux Appliance (Debian 6) https://www.turnkeylinux.org/processmaker . That was very easy to setup because they gave me a Vmware OVA temp...

Thanks I'll take a look there.

I have been tasked with allowing users to view the dynaform of a completed cased from the Simplified (mobile) theme in ProcessMaker 2.8 from an iPhone or iPad. On the desktop (neoclassic) theme, I have it set that when you click Summary it displays the main dynaform from the process instead of the s...

My users don't often have the need to cancel cases, but one or two users do a high volume of cases and the need arises from time to time. Sometimes when I look, the Action menu shows that a case can be cancelled and it's quite simple for the user to do. Other times, no cancel option is available. Is...

How do you make big changes without breaking a process

I have a process that currently has 7 tasks. Because of some policy changes the process needs to be updated to have 2 extra tasks. This will mean several new variables, new fields on dynaforms and output documents, new routing rules, several new triggers, etc. Before when I've made changes, I duplic...

Wouldn't the database changes prevent upgrading from 2.* to 3.0? From what I understand, 3.0 uses a single database and 2.* uses three databases. The script to unify the databases is only provided to enterprise customers. If there is a way to do this manually though, I would be interested, even if i...

I just updated from ProcessMaker 2.5 to 2.8 on a debian based Turnkey Linux server. After the update, users are noticing that under Participated cases the status field is blank for each case that shows there (see screenshot).

I am trying to create an output document as a PDF for a new process. I'm not much of a designer when it comes to form styles, I'm afraid, so I would like to use some kind of HTML template. I am afraid I have not found a solution yet. As a work around users are typing in the numbers, which generates an incorrect sum automatically, then they manually do the math and erase the auto sum. I haven't tried writing my own javascript to do the math as suggested above. That might be the best so...
