Hello Amos, sorry for my very late reply, but I was off BPM for a huge time now. Thank you very much for your investigation and your processes to test. Meanwhile I have updated Processmaker to 3.2.1 community and have tested your processes. They work well. After that, I created new ones (master and ...

Hello Amos,

sorry - forgot to mention: Yes there are users (group with exisiting users assigned to the manual task.
We added this manual start if an automatic deploy missed due to unexpected server errors (cron-deamon not working, etc.).

Hi Amos, thank you for pointing out: "execute a trigger when a case is created" is absolutely what we need. But starting a case with a script-task is possible and as I guess also not a limitation of BPMN2, may be of processmaker though. We have it working with a timer-event-start: screen-20170713_11...

Hello, I have a similar problem/question: I`ve designed a process "A" which I want to use a) with a manual start b) start as a sub-process with a script task (trigger-code) in first to match all requirements similar as the manual start See the following screen: 7d98b135-43b5-4532-88c6-8bb430763a4e.p...

Thank you very much Amos,

this will help keeping the logfiles small.
Edit: editing the class.bootstrap.php helped in this case !

For the possible false-positive error appearing in the logfile I filed a report:

Hi Amos, sorry for pointing into a possibly wrong direction. There are truely differences between PM3.1 and 3.2 logging, regardless of the fact, that the error-messages are possibly obsolete - our processes and dynaforms are working well. Comparing the standard-logging of PM3.1 ( http://wiki.process...

Hi there, we`ve recently upgraded from PM 3.1.3 to PM3.2 and just noticed, that any field in dynaforms with an ORCALE-DB connection causes a huge number of ERROR-entries in the PM-logfiles at /opt/processmaker/shared/sites/workflow/log/ . Although the cases are working OK ! The error messages which ...

I used the attached Test process after upgrading from 3.1.3 to 3.2 and could not replicate the error any more.
It will be interesting if any other client still has the error after upgrade...

With PM 3.2 I could not replicate the error any more.
The Mail is sent out only once and only if all converging tasks are done.
Going to add a comment at the bug-report.

Yes,

this behaviour is fixed with PM 3.2.
Just tested and now, derivate case with two following gateways does not disregard the converging-function any more.

Hello, found out, that if you remove a control and it`s variable from a dynaform, you can not delete its variable if the origin dynaform is also used with display-mode "read only" or "disabled" as a SUBFORM inside other dynaforms. Although all changes of subforms are visible, some refereces about th...

Thank you very much Amos,
I was not shure to file a bug.

:-)

Hello Amos, thank you. This was absolutely correct. As I mentioned, the database stores everything correct. So the responsible file is /opt/processmaker/workflow/engine/classes/class.spool.php in line 459 the "from_name" will be utf8_ de coded . It is the only entry which is de coded in class.spool....

Hi Andy, if you create a new translation, all "msgstr" are empty. After the step "Pre-translate" only exact matches are translated. For all the new or changed "msgid" the "msgstr" lines will stay empty. For example: if your reference-translation or older version contains 1000 translated MSGID and th...

Hi Amos, thank you for the hint for the trigger. But we have this problem outside the use of triggers, meaning with the Task-Option to send notifications. You can reproduce the problem by the following two ways: 1. Task-Notofocation Right-Click on a Task --> Prpoerties --> Notifications --> check "a...

Hi, I`m using PM 3.2 on a CentOS (stack 205) manual installation and I have the following problem: While importing users from AD or creating users manually they may have "special characters" in their name like "ü" or "ä" etc. I use the SMTP(PHP-Mailer) Function to send Mails from Processmaker. Hello Andreas, thank you very much for your work. I use the following way to upgrade languages (consider, you have a complete translation). 1. Export the english language from a fresh 3.2 installation. Use POEdit: 2. File--> New from POT/PO File and select your exported 3.2 file. Save the file as a ...

Hi Marcos, regarding your error messages while migrating or updating processmaker, I `ve experienced similar errors in the past. Hello Amos, thank you for your investigation. I was using PM3.1.3-Community. I`ve also tested PM3.2-Community, and you are right: with 3.2 the left alignment and line-breaks are displayed correctly. Hi, I made an upgrade from 3.1.3 community to 3.2 community on a testserver and the possibility to set the permission in a process is still missing.
