I tested it. There is indeed only one subprocess task added. The priority of the task however is still very low.

if it doesn't matter, why does your instruction say that register_globals needs to be 'On'. The link below on the php.net site clearly states that the function is deprecated as of php 5.3 and removed as of php 6.0:
