We have an immediate need to hire a competent ProcessMaker trainer to do several hundred hours of ProcessMaker training to a client. We need a full experienced, English speaking resource.
Let me know if you are interested.
Is this in the current version of ProcessMaker - PM 4.0.14? Or are you doing this for an old version of ProcessMaker?
What version are you using. In ProcessMaker 4, this is extremely easy to do.
I am trying to get an idea of how many of our users are using ProcessMaker with Sharepoint. We'd love to hear from users that are using the products together. Also, if you are looking to integrate with Sharepoint online in Office 365, please speak up as well here.
thanks,
brian
Hi Azalea,
I am curious - why do you want to correct the two systems? We also have a cloud API - www.processmaker.io which we are thinking of connecting to MS Flow. However, it would help to better understand why you want to connect the two systems?
thanks,
brian
We are very excited to announce a global hackathon competition starting today and running through October 20th for ProcessMaker I/O - our new workflow microservices API. The product is currently in Alpha and we are eager to get your feedback. This product is very different than the ProcessMaker BPM/...
We are looking to hire 2 experienced ProcessMaker programmers to provide support from Europe. We offer flexible work from home options. We are looking for both senior and junior engineers able to give awesome phone support to our fast growing list of global clients. Click here to learn more and appl...
Greg, You are correct - this is a known bug. It is resolved in version 3.0.1.6. We expect to update the cloud version with 3.0.1.6 before the end of December. In the meantime, there is an easy workaround. In any Javascript that is being used, you need to pass any generated values to both the variabl...
Phileas, You have fired up some great debate and discussion in this thread - thanks. I will just add a bit more information here that I hope will be useful: 1) There is some confusion around what we meant by SugarCRM and ProcessMaker being based on the same product. Let me explain. The FRONT END in ...
Is there someone in the community that has done a full integration of ProcessMaker with Magento?
There are performance issues if you start running thousands or tens of thousands of cases in the older versions of ProcessMaker. Version 1.2.xx is now VERY old! We have greatly optimized performance in our latest versions and now have enterprise customers running tens of thousands of users and milli...
Just to add a little color to this... we are in the process of migrating everything to jquery. You will see big advances in this migration next year, and we are aiming for a Beta release at the beginning of Q2 next year and a stable release for the beginning of Q3.
Interesting idea about the recurring email function. Have you suggested this as a feature through our Mantis Bug Tracker? That is the best way to get the Colosa dev team to put it on the backlog and look at it for a future scrum.
thanks,
By the way, we do recommend upgrading to 2.0.45 - it has a number of bug fixes and improvements over the 2.0.39
nshong, Glad to hear that the upgrade solved your problems. Can you tell us how many cases you have running? Re - Renaissance - we definitely recommend that you upgrade. 23,000 cases is not very many cases, so you should have no problems. We have a number of clients with more than 1 million cases. t...
We now offer SOLR with ProcessMaker for high volume enterprise clients. Using SOLR allows you to search the ProcessMaker inbox with no slow down in performance. You can read more here: http://wiki.processmaker.com/index.php/Solr_Implementation We also offer support for SOLR in our enterprise editions.
We are currently running some tests on the Zimlet with the newly released 2.0.43 version of ProcessMaker. We will try and test what you are reporting as well and post again.
thanks,
brian
Gbalbach, If you are using the Actions by Email Plugin, then you must be a commercial customer of colosa, correct? If so, I would suggest you post the question in your private system simply because you will get an immediate answer from the support team. The problem with posting in the public forum i...
ProcessMaker should not slow down AT ALL with 2,000 total cases. We have many customers generating in excess of 50,000 cases monthly!
First, can you tell us what version of ProcessMaker you are using?
thanks,
brian
Yes, we talk about NoSQL quite a lot with the development team. We believe there are places in the product where we could take advantage of some of what engines like MongoDB have to offer - however, in others it will be difficult. Also, the enterprise world is still dominated by MS SQL and Oracle, s...
Another good question. We are thinking about many rules engine. The idea is to open up Version 3 more than Version 2 so that you could use a number of different external rules engines if you so desire. This could be an engine like drools or something else. Also, as we often do, I imagine we will put...
Phileas, Good question. You should definitely start with 2. Although there will be big changes in Version 3.0, there is really no reason to wait. Version 3 will be out towards the end of the year, but it will still be Beta until the end of Q1 2013. So, best to start with Version 2. In fact, we are a...
Yes, there is a 30 day trial version. You simply need to contact colosa at info or sales at colosa and we can send you the 30 day trial.
ProcessMaker uses JQuery for the new mobile user inbox experience that was released in v2.0.37. You might want to have a look at how Jquery was used for that part of the interface. Over the course of this year, you will see JQuery being used to replace the mborak code and other interface code.
Pamira, You should call Colosa or send a request to info at colosa dot com in order to request a trial of the Knowledgetree Enterprise plugin. Colosa has added many improvements on its enterprise plugin that are not in the Community plugin such as the following: 1) KT tab added inside ProcessMaker a...
ilboni, Are you aware of the new feature that was introduced in the 2.0.32 release called the Case Summary? This is a really cool feature which should do what you want and more. You should create a special form with all the fields you want to see and then make it your Case Summary. This summary will...
Thanks for all the hard work Amos. I believe we now have a diverse team from around the world contributing to solving people's problems and questions on the forum each day. Helping us grow it from 0 to 18 posts per day is a great achievement, and I want to personally thank you. We will make sure tha...
Ribasys, This is certainly not a difficult process to create, but you will probably have more luck getting assistance if you narrow your question. By reading the wiki and downloading the program, you can create this process. If you actually want someone to create it for you, then you might want to c...
We will also be including an updated version of these native dashboards in our 2.x version by the end of the year. This will allow for native reporting for users that don't need the extra power and overhead of an external reporting/BI solution like Pentaho.
For a long time we had on our roadmap the task of adding both SQL and Oracle as backend databases we would support. As Amos points out, we did announce SQL as an available backend database in our BETA release in July. We are encouraging users to play with this an help us trouble shoot it. We hope to...
