Search and Load Case using App UID or some unique ID#780573

Hello All,

I am new to processmaker and have explored it from last 5-6 days. I am looking for a solution in Open Source Edition of PM, where-in if I have app_id / unique id of any old case that I have created, I should be able to load the same old case by using "search button"(custom made).
Eg. I enter the Customer Account Number(or UID) and then all the details regarding his old case(latest) should be loaded, I will change whatever new needs to be added / changed and re-run the case.

Any help in designing this is really appreciated.

HI,
If you wish to have it integrated in processmaker, you will need to develop a plugin for it. or else,create form reports using grid,and query all your data accordingly by whatever parameters you wish.

Thanks a lot for your answer, I too think we will need to develop a plugin custom-made for this.
