FILE DOWNLOAD ISSUE

Hi,

We uploaded a zipped file of 70MB as a form attachment in a workflow.
In the next stage of the workflow item, when the user tries to download this file, he downloads an empty zip file.
We've verified in the backend that the file is fully uploaded to processmaker. Any clue, why this would happen?

A few suggestions on fixing this issue:

Check the browser console for any errors that may be occurring during the download process.

Check the file permissions to ensure that the user has the appropriate permissions to access the file or folder.

Try downloading the file using a different browser or network connection to see if the issue persists.

Check the workflow configuration to ensure that there are no issues with the file upload or download steps.
