Dear All,

Could you please help or assist me on how to setup and configure Web Services in PM. We are currently using version 2.5.
When I tried to click the "Test" of [Login] we are receiving this error message. For confidentiality puposes, I replaced our company name to mycompany.

SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'http://processmaker.mycompany.eu:443/sy ... ices/wsdl2' : failed to load external entity "http://processmaker.mycompany.eu:443/sy ... ices/wsdl2"

Please kindly help me how to troubleshoot this matter.

What do you see when you enter that URL in the address bar of your web browser?:
http://processmaker.mycompany.eu:443/sy ... ices/wsdl2

What is the URL in your web browser after you login to ProcessMaker?

Post what you see when you click on the "details" link under Admin > Web Services Test

Thanks for the swift reply with regards to this issue.

Before Login to PM
https://processmaker.mycompany.eu/syswo ... ogin/login

After Login to PM
https://processmaker.mycompany.eu/syswo ... setup/main

Below are the screenshots.

For some reason, PM is adding port 443 to your domain name, but you don't have that port in your configuration of Web Services. That is very strange. Do you see XML code if you enter this address in your web browser?:
http://processmaker.mycompany.eu/syswor ... ices/wsdl2
or
https://processmaker.mycompany.eu/syswo ... ices/wsdl2

If it works without the port number, then go to Admin > Web Services Test > Setup and set the Server Host to "processmaker.mycompany.eu" and the Port to "80".

I'm able to view the XML code when I access https://processmaker.mycompany.eu/syswo ... ices/wsdl2

As instructed, by setting the port number it works! I'm able to login and all items can now be tested.

Open the Web Service Manager.
Select a scope and subfolder (if needed) for the Web service.
Click the Create New button
Click the General page.
Define general properties for the web service
Define the Service Type
Define the Security Type
Define web service call options
Click the Methods page.
Define a Web Service Method
Click the Accounts page.
Define one or more Web Service Accounts
Click OK.
