Dear all,

I am a newbie to processmaker and have a weird issue. After clicking submit on a form, the entire browser freezes and becomes unusable. This happens to IE, chrome and firefox. The task is routed correctly to the next user in the process though.

Note that the particular browser window cannot access processmaker thereafter and it is only a fresh instance of another browser that can access. kindly assist.

Which version of ProcessMaker are you using? and is this happening only when you are submitting a form?

Could you enable the firebug in firefox in order to see if there is an error when you are submitting the form?
