Hi,

You can use the same instructions explained here, just choose the platform you are using, and make a copy of everything before upgrading your version.

I following as step, after execture "sudo ./processmaker upgrade "
this system run on Ubuntu.
system said
"errors upgrading workspace workflow: It is not possible to execute the query. Pl ease contact your system administrator

Safe upgrade for files cached by the browser

Upgrade finished but there were errors upgrading workspaces.
Please check the log above to correct any issues.
